Anna Elizabeth Wills, the second child of Elizabeth Bissonnette and John Wills, was born in Greenwich, New York. She married Theodore Trephole Jacob Benoit, nicknamed “Jake” (1903-1987) on 27 October 1927 in St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Cohoes. The witnesses were Thomas McDonough and Celina Hayes (the bride’s aunt). When Anna died, she was 69 years old.
Anna and Jake had two sons. The oldest was Milton (1930-1994) who passed away too early. Aunt Anna did too. As one of the older Wills siblings, she would have stories to share and so much more. She was always there when her sisters and brothers needed a helping hand.
